Q. What happens after I have placed my order? Will I get updates about the progress of my order?
A. You'll receive two emails immediately after you place your order. One confirming the details of your order & another confirming that your card has been debited and payment has been made in full. You'll then receive an email confirming dispatch of your items within 1 working day.
Q. I've placed an order but I'm not sure I made the right choice. How do I cancel/return the item?
A. If you wish to cancel before your order has been sent, please email firstname.lastname@example.org along with your order details. We also offer a 30 day no quibble return policy so you can return any unused item within this period. Please include a return form with any returns. There is no requirement to request a returns authorisation number or contact us before returning an item, simply securely pack the item and return it to us with a returns form included. We recommend you obtain a free proof of postage from the Post Office. Accidentally damaged items may not be returned.
